At Crimavel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please carefully review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags and labels are intact.
For health and safety reasons, some products such as plush toys or products that come in sealed packaging may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to us using the return address provided. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions stated above, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement. To request a refund or exchange for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will send you a return label at no cost to you, and we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Follow the return process as outlined above.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Custom or personalized items.
